Shipping Carrier:
We have partnered with DPD as our preferred shipping carrier for delivering your orders. DPD is known for its reliability and efficiency in providing next day delivery services.

Delivery Timeframe:
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect your items to be delivered within 1-2 business days. In total, our aim is for all orders to arrive at your designated shipping address within 3-5 business days from the date of placing your order.

Tracking Information:
To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and receive real-time updates on its estimated arrival time.

Delivery Destinations:

We currently offer shipping within UK. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TLBlanks.uk , we are committed to providing you with high-quality sublimation blanks that are cut from premium MDF with glitter, gloss, or matt finishes. However, we understand that on rare occasions, you might decide that the products you've purchased are not suitable for your needs. This Returns Policy outlines the guidelines for returning items and seeking a refund. Please read this policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory return process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns: You are eligible to initiate a return for products within 30 days of receiving your order, except for items that are considered bespoke designs. Bespoke designs are products that have been custom-made or personalized according to your specifications. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for bespoke designs unless they are deemed faulty or defective upon arrival.

 

2. Return Process: If you wish to return a non-bespoke product, please follow these steps: Contact our customer service team at contact@tlblanks.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if the return is approved.

 

3. Condition of Returned Items: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned products are in the same condition as they were received. The items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or tampering may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

 

4. Refund Amount: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process a refund for the product cost minus any shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items back to TLBlanks.uk. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure safe delivery. If the return is due to a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer service team to discuss the return shipping process.
